Posting of logs

This proposal has been passed and is now an official policy of the United States Pirate Party.

If the vote passes at the 12/8/2009 meeting the following shall become an official policy of the PPUS:

All meeting logs shall be posted within 24 hours following the completion of each meeting. If the Records Officer is unable/unavailable to post the logs within 24 hours, a proxy shall be nominated during the meeting and shall be tasked with posting the logs.

The logs shall be posted as recorded during the meeting, without any alteration. If there are any challenges regarding the content of the log, each member that has a copy of the log shall forward them to an agreed upon mediator to check for discrepancies.

Any failure to comply with the terms of this policy may be considered a violation of Title 3 Article 7 of the PPUS Constitution.
